Information about registration!
The registration for ICAR2011 is done online. With any problems or/and questions turn to info[at]icar2011[.]org.
Different registration fee rate applies to students and to regular registrations. Student id card is needed as the precondition of student registration and it has to be presented on registration at ICAR2011.
A single regular registration can be used to upload up to two papers. At registration it is also possible to register to workshops. One €50 registration allows to take part of all workshops during the workshops day. Credit card payment or pro-forma invoice as payment methods are available.
There is a possibility to book accommodation while registering. For students accommodation and breakfast at our partner institution Academic Hostel are included in registration fee. For regular registration there is a possibility to register accommodation with breakfast at our partner hotel Nordic Hotel Forum with conference rate.
Advanced registration will be open until 31st of May 2011. Late registration fees apply from then.
Cancellations can be made until May 31 / 2011 with 50% refund. From June 10 / 2011 registration fee will NOT be refunded.
University students with a valid college ID are offered reduced registration fees and hotel accommodations. Students can receive financial assistance to purchase conference tickets by applying for a short term loan. Some schools are partnering with ICAR to provide qualifying students with an all expenses paid trip to the conference. To see if you qualify, contact your school's scholarship or sponsored projects office.
